E energija has commissioned its 65MW/130MWh battery storage system near Vilnius and begun participating in Lithuanian aFRR and mFRR markets. This is the first large-scale commercial BESS operating in the Baltic balancing market, providing the first real evidence of clearing prices and activation rates.
