Signals, the live terminal.
Independent, and traceable
KKME does not develop, build, own or trade batteries, and sells no hardware. Its revenue is fees for named deliverables, never a share of a transaction. Every public number carries its field and read time; where nobody publishes a figure, the page shows a dash and says why.
One engine, corrected in the open
Prices, reserve procurement, permits and fleet data are read from the transmission system operators, ENTSO-E, the Baltic Transparency Dashboard and the Lithuanian regulator. The model dispatches a reference asset against that history in 15-minute settlement periods; corrections are recorded with the size of their effect.
Partners and sources
DS1 Service, a Lithuanian operation-and-maintenance company for photovoltaic and wind parks and high-voltage substations, carries out commissioning and energisation and delivers asset management on BCM; KKME scopes the owner's side and provides the analysis. Data from ENTSO-E, Litgrid, AST, Elering, the Baltic Transparency Dashboard, VERT, the ECB and energy-charts.info.
