A bankability report a lender can check.
Revenue, degradation, debt capacity and risk for your project, produced by the engine behind Signals and the KKME Baltic Storage Index, with every figure carrying the field it came from and the run that produced it. The sample shown is the reference asset in its public configuration.
Nineteen sections
This is a revenue and cash-flow assessment. It is not a technical due diligence, not a grid connection study, and not legal or tax advice.

One run, one report
Rendered from the engine's output at a named version: the appendix lists every parameter beside its value, and any correction to the model has its own chapter with the size of the effect.
Every figure in the report carries its model field, parameter version and run id.
- Engine run → figures → annex, one run identifier on every page
- Index-consistent by construction
- Sensitivity on the inputs that move the return
- Corrections chapter: what changed since the last version, and by how much
The full tier
The sample tier runs the public reference model. The full tier takes your project's power, energy, commercial operation date and capital cost, adds your floor or tolling terms, sizes debt to a target cover ratio and returns the lender annex. Access by token, on request.
- MW · MWh · COD · CAPEX · grant
- Contracted floor / tolling / BRP terms
- Debt ladder · cover profile · sculpting
- Hybrid co-location case

Engagement
The intake asks for the asset, the connection, the assumed commercial operation date and whatever contracts exist; missing inputs are defaulted and marked in the appendix. You receive the PDF, the lender annex and the model summary.
